Conference Admission Procedures:
The Conference will take place at the ICC Jerusalem International Convention Center, 1 Shazar Boulevard, Jerusalem.
Admission to the Conference arena is for registered invitees only, and will be granted upon presentation of your confirmed participation slip that was sent to you by email and photo identification.
Admission to the Opening Evening 18.6.13:
Please note that the opening evening event honoring the 90th birthday of the President of Israel is for registered invitees only. Please bring photo identification with you to the event.
Unregistered guests will be not be given entrance into the ICC.
We recommend that you arrive early – doors will close at 20:00.
Following registration at the event, name tags will be issued to all participants. You are kindly requested to wear your tag at all times while at the Conference arena.
In order to avoid security-related complications, please be advised that weapons of all kinds are prohibited in the Conference arena.
At the registration desks, you will receive a personal copy of the program to track the activities of the Conference. Further updates will be provided on signs at the entrance of the halls throughout the ICC. Changes will be publicized on the Conference website or at information counters within the Conference arena. Schedule and other updates will be provided by email throughout the Conference.
Please note that this year personal bags and a printed Conference program book will not be issued.

Plenary Session Attendance:
Plenary session seats are limited.
Admission will be granted upon the presentation of an entrance ticket for each plenary session; tickets will be distributed at the information counters preceding the session.
Ticket Distribution Times:
Opening Evening Event honoring the 90th birthday of the President of the State of Israel on June 18 – tickets will be available at the Conference registration counter. (For registered invitees only)
Morning Plenary Sessions – tickets will be available at the information counters in the morning.
Afternoon Plenary Sessions – tickets will be available at the information counters from the morning until 13:00.
Evening Plenary Sessions – tickets will be available at the informations counters from 16:00.
Large screens in the ‘Exhibition’ hall will broadcast all plenary sessions for guests unable to obtain tickets to the plenary sessions.
The Conference Online:
Panels and plenary sessions will be available for viewing in real time on the Conference website http://2013.presidentconf.org.il/en/
The website will be updated with photos, articles and events taking place at the Conference on an ongoing basis.
The Conference will be broadcast on mobile phones for subscribers via *22 – radio, and for 3rd generation phones – video.

We are excited to announce that this year we have launched a new, private and secured social network, which will be accessible for the Conference attendees only.
By using the application, you will be able to keep updated, get better insights of key discussions in real time, easily find and approach other participants, and manage your social networking, all using your smart-phones and tablets during the Conference.

Plenary sessions will be translated simultaneously into Hebrew, Arabic, English, Russian and French.
Panels will be translated simultaneously into English and Hebrew.
General Services in the Conference Venue:
Internet stands will be available at the information counters located around the Conference arena.
Wireless internet access will also be available for guests’ use in the public areas of the Conference arena.
For the convenience of our guests, charging points for mobile telephones and laptops will be available in the various lounge areas of the Convention Center.
Communication and Press Services:
A communications center equipped with press services will operate in the Conference arena and will be located in proximity of the Oren Halls corridor and the Pincus Foyer
Use of the communication center requires advance notification. Further details are available at the information counters.
An assorted eatery (with charge) will operate in the Exhibition Hall for the duration of the Conference. In addition, refreshment bars (with charge) will serve our guests in the Pincus and Teddy Halls.
Payment can be made in Israeli Shekels or by credit card.
Food and beverages served at the Conference arena will be kosher.
Information counters will be set up throughout the Conference arena for your convenience.
A secure cloak room will be available for Conference guests for the duration of the Conference and will be located next to registration area of Conference arena.
A synagogue will be located next to the Eshkol 2 and Eshkol 3 halls and will be open for our guests for the duration of the Conference.
The Conference arena will have disabled access.

Parking will be available at adjacent parking lots to the ICC: the National Parking Lot (Ha’Leom) and the National Insurance Parking Lot (Bituach Leumi). Fees will be charged.
A complimentary shuttle service will operate for guests between the parking areas and the Conference arena.
Hotel Shuttle Service:
A complimentary shuttle service from the Conference hotels (David Citadel, Inbal, King David, Mamilla, Prima Royal) to the Conference arena and return, will serve our guests for the duration of the Conference.
The shuttle schedule will be available at the information counters at the Conference arena and at the Conference counters at the hotels.
Participation is complimentary for the Israeli Presidential Conference events taking place at the Jerusalem International Convention Centre.
